1. RETURNS TIMEFRAME
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After this period, we may not be able to process returns or exchanges.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
To qualify for a return or exchange:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
The product must be in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
3. RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS

To begin the process, please fill out the Return & Exchange Request Form. This form will help us process your request quickly.
Step 2: Inspection & Approval
Once we receive your form, our team will review it and send you an email with instructions on how to return the item. We will inspect the returned product upon receiving it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
Step 3: Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit
If your return is approved:
Refund: We will process a 100% refund to your original payment method or bank account.
Exchange: If you wish to exchange for a different size or style, we will facilitate the exchange as per your preference.
Store Credit: In case you prefer a store credit, we will issue a voucher for the full amount of your purchase.
4. RETURN SHIPPING

5. REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. If the payment was made via bank transfer, we will request your bank details (Account Number, IFSC Code, and Account Holder Name) to process the refund.
Note: Sale or discounted items are eligible for a refund.
6. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund after the processing time:

Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
